Membership Cost
Once you submit your Membership Agreement document, your provided payment method will be charged $100USD. This will be your annual membership fee and will be renewed on an annual basis until your membership is terminated. This can be done anytime by emailing our support team.
Once your payment has been processed, we will email you your Copart login credentials. We try to send credentials on the business day that your payment clears. Note that some types of payment process faster than others.
Accepted Membership payment methods:
credit card, debit card, ACH payment, SEPA payment, Apple Pay and Google pay.

Buying Power
When you fill the membership agreement, you will also have the opportunity to specify your security deposit. This is used to calculate buying power within the Copart account that we provide you. A minimum security deposit of $400 is required to open your account.
For example: you submit a $1,500 security deposit, your account will have a cumulative bid/buy total of $15,000.
You can increase your buying power by adding to your security deposit by contacting our support team.
Security deposits are in addition to your $100 annual membership described above and increase in increments of $100.
Please note that security deposits cannot be applied to the balance of items awarded or purchased.
Security deposits are refundable. Once fully refunded, your account will be closed. To bid again, you will need to open a new account.

Item Purchase
Once your account is opened and buying power is established, you are now ready to start bidding on items!
Once you have been awarded an item, you will pay us for the total cost of the Copart transaction plus our $250 fee.
This $250 fee is in addition to all fees and charges that Copart applies.
Payment is due immediately after you are awarded an item.
Once Copart sends us the title/ownership documents, we will promptly transfer them to you.
Accepted Item Purchase methods:
ONLY wire transfers, MoneyGram, or Zelle.
