Frequently Asked Questions
Below is a list of our terms and tips to help you navigate common questions that arise when using our service. We keep this list updated to better serve you.
Who is All Access Dealer?
All Access Dealer is an online auto auction marketplace registered market maker / buyers agent that provides you with access to the largest auto auction inventory in North America, operated by Copart.
Where do the items come from?
As a registered market maker / buyers agent we do not own the items or operate the auctions for the items listed for sale on Copart’s website. We provide a unique copart member login number that will allow you to login to Copart’s website and purchase items that Copart has for sale. You are fully responsible for the items that you purchase. Once you purchase and/or are a high bidder on an item, All Access Dealer will invoice you for the item.
Are items listed for as "As Is"?
This list is intended to provide our users with information about our service, and to promote a fair and enjoyable bidding and purchasing platform for our users. The following terms and conditions govern your use of our service and your relationship with All Access Dealer. You must review all of our terms and conditions before you bid to ensure that you understand the auction process and the “as is” nature of the items available on the Copart website made available for purchase through our service.
Does All Access Dealer provide any warranty?
Remember, we are only a registered market maker / buyers agent service that does not provide any representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the quality or condition of items listed on Copart’s website. We strongly encourage you to inspect any item prior to placing any bid or making any purchase with our service.
How do I start?
To begin, you must first register and create an account with All Access Dealer. After registering, you will receive login information that you will use to login to the Coaprt.com website. This will allow you to bid and buy items listed on Copart’s website. As part of the registration process, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on this document.
My contact information has changed, what now?
You must keep your contact information updated. We will need to contact you regarding your account and your bidding and purchasing activity, and mailing of item titles. If your contact information changes, please email at support@allaccessdealer.com.
Who am I really buying from?
While we work to make it a simple and enjoyable experience, It is your responsibility to educate yourself on the nature of our services and how they are used to buy and bid on items listed on Copart’s Website. Primary, we want to make sure that you fully understand the nature of your transition with us. Although you login and place your bid and or buy through the Copart website, you ultimately purchase the item though us (and not from Coaprt or the auction seller). At the time of your bid the items listed on the Copart website are offered for sale by independent third-party sellers. In other words, the items listed for sale through your All Access Dealer provided Copart login are available to us to buy for the sole purpose of resale to you. If your bid is the winning bid for an item, or you buy an item, we are obligated to purchase the item from the auction seller for the amount of your bid plus and all applicable fees. More importantly, you are obligated to purchase that same item from us for the amount of your bid plus any and all applicable fees.
What kind of payments are accepted?
We accept different payment methods for the membership deposit and item purchase. It is your responsibility to confirm that the accepted methods of payment are suitable to you before you accept this agreement.
